“I bought a new car two weeks ago and just recently noticed a few minor scratches on it. I stopped by to see if it’s something simple enough they can fix and to see what the cost was going to be. The receptionist that helped me got started was friendly and helpful. She walked around the vehicle with me and I pointed out where the scratches were. While I was waiting back in the waiting area a gentleman by the name of Jim came to update me that they can remove the scratches, just not at that moment but if I was to wait about an hr they can get to it. Less than 10mins go by and they were completed! I appreciate the great customer service and no cost fix. I will definitely go back for future repairs if ever needed and will recommend 1collision to friends and family.”

“Ordered a rotor/pad kit from AutoZone online and the manufacturer kitted up the wrong pads with the correct rotors. Normally that means returning everything and reordering. Cue Perry and Keanna at Menomonee Falls AutoZone. They had the correct pads from a different manufacturer on hand and just switched them out on the spot. “I am absolutely impressed with the customer service that Laubenheimers provides. Friendly, courteous, experienced, helpful, knowledgeable and so accomodating. Got rear ended and the responsible party asked if they could pay out of pocket and not go through insurance. I agreed. Laubenheimers was the third company I went to for a quote. Other companies took 30 seconds to lool at damage and barely looked under the car. Both quotes were under 2k. Mike at Laubenheimers actually put my car on the life and did a thorough examination. Found something with my dual exhaust that was damaged that no one else quoted repair for. If I had gone with another company, I might have only received payment for the items quoted and would have jad to pay oit of my own pocket for the remaining repairs. At no additional cost, Mike even got out most of a dent i hadnt even talked to him about...he just did it to be helpful! I HIGHLY recommend Laubenheimers.
