“American Family supplied a car rental to me through Enterprise Rental after a needed repair
I was met by Enterprise at the Autobody shop at no expense to bring me to their location
Upon arrival the vehicle I reserved wasn't available but was upgraded to a fine SUV The agent named Aaron took the time to pair my phone to the vehicle so I could recieve my phone calls and use my Pandora and other features from my other car. He went out of his way for me
Aaron also knew that I was unhappy with the SUV and the next day drove round trip 45 plus miles to get the car I reserved and then pair the phone a second time for me and make sure I was happy.
I was treated extremely well
I'm in the middle of a 7-12 day rental and have had to reach out once but have been treated so well by the entire staff.
Enterprise is further going to pick the vehicle up at the bodyshop, at no cost, when my vehicle is ready.
I don't expect any issues and that's why I can confidently post now before completion of the contract that I experienced great respect and a sense of care with the experience of the Slinger Wisconsin agency and the personal touch by the agent Aaron who did more than his job. God bless rjg

The car rental ended up going longer than expected 17 Days OMG!!!
With a few kinks in my plans I felt the need to reach out to Enterprise. It was a Saturday, day 12/13 of the agreement. When I called I was told Aaron would call me back, unknowing it was his day off yet he made time for me and made certain my contract was solid. This guy is a champion
Enterprise then picked up the car at the autobody shop making my experience as carefree as possible
I'd like to thank the Slinger Wisconsin Enterprise staff for all they did for me.
