Waited for over 30 min after I placed my order in the drive thru line and then was given cold food and half the fry bin was empty... I'll never stop here again.

Food was mediocre, ice cream and shake machine not working again. Lost so much business just while we sat there to eat! Cashier couldn't give us our money back for paying for a shake so gave us cookies instead, but she didn't know how many cookies would equal the cost of a shake. Scary.

I added bacon to my sandwich but the cook didn't put it on. Took almost 15 minutes to remake it. Service was really slow.

Rude employees at this place. Stood at the counter for 15mins not 1 person asked if I needed anything. Too worried about the drive thru to take orders from inside.

My expectations for McDonald's are not high. I expect relatively prompt service, quick and reliable payment, and consistently prepared hot food. Here, there were no tellers visible, and I used the kiosk. As I finished my order, the kiosk gave me an error message, and I was unclear whether my order went through. It did not appear so, so I summoned someone from the back to help reorder. Luckily I thought to check my credit card app, which indicated I had paid. He was able to find my order, after 30 minutes of pure g he hassle. There is a Culver's near heart. I suggest people go there instead.
