“By far the BEST and FRIENDLIEST post office I've ever encountered! LOVE coming here and am always humbled by the reminder of how genuinely nice everyone is at MF anytime I have to stop at another location. All postal workers put in EXHAUSTING and long days for us all, so I get why they might be burned out by the time the rest of us are starting our days... but everyone at the Menomonee Falls branch is amazing at greeting you with a smile and cheerily assisting you. “I LOVE my mail carrier!! She (Lisa) goes above and beyond for me. She is so thoughtful, she even leaves treats for my dogs. She is a genuinely nice person!! The only time I went to the post office was during the Christmas rush and I had absolutely zero issues. And this is the most difficult time of the year to go to the post office and be on the other side of the counter.”
