I've been a tenant of this facility and have been extremely pleased with upkeep and security offered! Joe and Jenny do a awesome job of keeping tenants aware of any changes and are aways quick to respond to any inquiries or issues. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a secure and well kept facility. A++++

As far as storages go they seem to be pretty decent. There is a guy that has a bike shop in one if you need repairs. His names Phil.

Outstanding place to rent from. They take care of snow removal promptly, it's secure, billing is great. And they didn't triple my rent in 5 weeks like a nearby place did.

Richfield Self Storage is well run and maintained. The facility is always clean and secure. We store our camper there and Joe and Jenny have been a pleasure to work with. We had one issue in our years there. Returning from a camping trip, the security gate didn’t respond to our passcode. I called the RSS number and both Joe and Jenny were there within minutes. It was a simple fix for Joe with the electronics. What impressed me even more was that they arrived dressed up as they were going to an event. Their customer service is second to none. I strongly recommend Richfield Self Storage.

Joe and Jenny have been absolutely wonderful at Richfield Self Storage!
We’ve been customers since February 2024, and their service has been excellent from day one. The storage units are always clean, dry, and completely critter-free—exactly what you want for peace of mind.
Access is easy, and the layout is so well thought out, even allowing for larger moving trucks to get to my unit without any hassle.
Well done, Richfield Self Storage! Highly recommend!
