I have been using richfield service for a few years yo get work done on my company van, its been hit or miss on good service but stuck with them because they are a local shop. Last year it took my 4 attempts to emissions done as they would not open the door to bring my vehical in because it was to cold outside. I noticed when I was there yesterday they had a sign saying emissions testing down which i only assume is they dont want to do it because of the cold. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for 230 pm yesterday for an oil change. I was 15 minutes late do to work running long. That 15 minutes ment they wouldn't take me. Other times my oil changes have taken several hours. A different employee with my company brought his work van to them the other week, different van, plate number, truck number. He gave them all his contact info but they called me to discuss repairs. They can't seem to keep their customers straight. Some times its decent, average service. Sometimes it terrible.

I recently was at Richfield Service for an oil change and tire rotation on my Highlander. The service was quick, and priced reasonably. I will be returning for future service.

Very good service, and among the least expensive mechanics I've worked with. Have seen complaints about part pricing, but can't speak to any issues at all - the oil change I got was significantly cheaper than even the quick lube places, which don't do any meaningful checks or rotate tires, and a tire I had replaced was handled practically instantly and found/resolved a balancing issue from a previous owner's undisclosed collision. Very flexible with dropoffs and pickups and the site is a great way to schedule and check on previous service, warnings (low brake life, etc.) and deferred services. The effort they put into the front-end with dedicated scheduling/customer service reps results in a much clearer and more convenient process than many more traditional mechanics; they've been perfect for navigating resolving issues while working a minimum 8-5 job myself.

Can't recommend this place enough! Joey, Sean, Alec at the front desks are always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Their turnaround time is fantastic - we run a fleet of 13 cars and they are always able to get us in / out in a timely manner. Prices are competitive. Always feel confident in the work they do on our vehicles - trustworthy shop who knows what they are doing! Love the thank-you-mints they leave in the car, nice touch guys.
