We live in Sparta, and had 2 gas inserts installed by another company. We had absolutely nothing but problems with them. In 3 years our problems were never solved. We couldn't get them to return phone calls and the owner apparently could have cared less after the sale. We contacted Center Stove and Fireplace and had them come to Sparta. They were excellent. The technician took a great deal of time explaining things we hadn't been told by the actual installers.I highly recommend them! They will be back for yearly or every other year service.

Our sales person, Ron, provided detailed responses to our questions, made helpful suggestions, and explained all costs. The installers were careful and precise. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Love the new Morso stove!

I have been using Center Stove and Fireplace since 2005 when I purchased a Morso stove from them for our Sauk County vacation home. Recently I have counted on them for service of the Morso: our guests need the stove to be working as our 4-season porch is unusable in the winter without it. In 2019, they moved us up in their repair schedule when I explained the problem. And we worked out that they will do an annual service call in Oct before cold weather sets in. They do good work and are very responsive when I contact them.

Very poor service scheduling!Whenever I call for service, I am put on a schedule according to when their service personnel have to service someone else in my area. Our last fireplace service was in November. The service person left without adjusting the fan for the unit, so I called that same day to alert them. They said it would be fixed when they had another call in my area. I am still waiting and it is the end of January!It would be nice to have a fireplace with a fan that comes on this winter!

They went out of their way to service my stove and chimney. Very thorough! Answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Adjusted and repaired what needed to be. Left me with confidence that we had a safe stove for the winter.

Center Stove & Fireplace helped us tackle a big complex issue. Our 3 story rubble stone fireplace had a faulty cap and had been leaking, rotting out the inside leading to black mold. They removed the old gas fireplace, custom made the new cap, repaired the external mortar, sealed the stone, and installed a beautiful new wood fireplace. The owner is incredibly responsive and the work crew was really friendly and professional. Whatever the job is, it's a good bet they can do it. Their storeroom has a lot of options to choose from as well. Bottomline, you can't find better service and quality.
