I don't mind a wait in this small town pharmacy. You can tell the years the pharmacist puts into running it. I prefer it over any other pharmacy in Richland center.

Most disorganized pharmacy I’ve ever utilized. We didn’t get updates when medications were ready, and they weren’t filled when they were ordered unless they doctor called to check in on them. I asked for a printout of the itemized outstanding bill and was told it was a difficult process and they could just give me a total. I understand the connection many people have to this pharmacy and how well they seem supported, but it seems borderline illegal at times. We were given a partial fill of a controlled substance medication without the prescription being yet received and were also told that the patient wouldn’t be charged for future copays because they knew her and her medical situation. There are boxes and boxes of supplies in the aisles and piles of paper and items on the front counter. I don’t know how the staff gets any work done with the amount of clutter. Patients are asked about PHI right at the counter and it’s easy to hear conversations.

I have gone to Paul for years and have always been treated in a professional manner. Their service has caused me to continue using them even after moving from RC. This in itself gives high praise to the quality of the treatment I have received for many years. Terry Lins

If I could give zero stars I would very rude they only care about money. Would not go to this pharmacy even if they paid me because they would not fill a prescription because the insurance we have did NOT pay enough that is what Paul told me

Conveniently located right within the Richland Center Hospital. Efficient and kind staff. Nice little pharmacy / retail store.

Make sure you count your medications before leaving the door. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Horrible pharmacy- was on hold for over 20 minutes to speak with the pharmacist, Paul. He was short with me and didn't listen to my question. The pharmacist even hung up on me. Horrible customer service and long wait times. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
