Update #2: I received a call from Cole and a call from Amanda regarding this situation. My mom is happy with the outcome so that is all that matters to me.UPADTE: I got the notice that there was a reply to my original review. You can see the reply from Fillback below. Cole and/or Amanda wanted me to call and discuss this matter with them. I called on November 28th at 5:25 p.m.. They weren't in the office so I left a voicemail with my name, phone number, mom's name and type of car like they asked. I didn't get a phone call back. I called again today, November 30th at 1:25, left another voicemail with the same information for Cole or Amanda and haven't heard anything yet. I am guessing I won't hear anything from them because this matter is not important to them or the dealership.I'm writing this on behalf of my mom. Let me first start by saying, she has always gotten great service here. She came for oil changes and other maintenance on her car. Last week, (thanksgiving week) her power steering was going out. She had her car towed to Fillbacks where they replaced the battery and they believed it was the issue since that particular model, the power steering runs on the battery. Everything else was working properly when it was dropped off. I took her on Saturday to pick it up and we got half way home and she didn't have any heat. We took it back, dropped it off and she got her car back yesterday. They charged her over $400 to fix the thermostat; something that worked when she dropped it off. Clearly, whatever mechanic worked on it, broke it and didn't fix it. Fillbacks shouldn't have charged her for something that worked when dropped off and didn't when it was picked up. I'm advising her to find another mechanic. When she confronted the manager about the charges, he said that stuff happens and that no money would be returned to her.

Paula the service writer was very helpful and polite. Bruce the technician found the problem with my jeep right away and had it fixed right away. I saw another jeep dealership and 2 local techs that couldn't find the front axle problem. It is nice to see a great tech and service writer, you have an awesome team. Thank you.

Great oil change and general pre-road trip inspection service. Even found a brake caliper problem (something was not attached correctly) and fixed it on the spot for free.

I was pleased with the service and relieved that they were able to get my window closed. I do, however, think the diagnostic charge was excessive.

Overall they do a great job performance wise on fixing and .ulti point inspection. Disappointing in detail department. When you pay $250 for a detail. You expect it to be detailed. Not partially detailed. Film residue from cleaning products all over window. Running boards had dried dirt still on them that you could run your finger through and wiped off. List could go on.

I had a wonderful experience working with Shea & Matt when contemplating a purchase of a new vehicle. They answered all my questions in a timely manner, found the vehicle with the features I was looking for and were never pushy. This was truly a wonderful experience.

The Fillback family RC went above and beyond. They've always had wonderful service with my father as I experienced vehicle shopping with him while I was younger. They really took it the extra mile for me. I'm a single dad with four boys and recently got a pre-owned suburban. The suburban was in good shape but after a couple weeks we discovered that the a/c line had a major hole in it that wasn't on the inspection report. They stepped right in for me and replaced it at no cost. It meant a lot to me and my boys. They have the kind of service that makes families shop there for life.

I was disappointed this last visit when the block heater was unmounted and left hanging under the car. When returning to the shop to get it replaced by the person that disconnected it, their response was weak. Glad to have a consciensous person at the desk.
