While Walmart brakes cars and other places in town make excuses or cancel appointments because I drive a foreign car, this guys always tried to work with me. To get a diagnosis and fix issue. Like mechanics supposed to do.

We were 2 hours away from home when we hit a pothole in Richland Center and blew a tire. Called Hassell Auto and Jeremiah came to our rescue. He took our tire back to his shop, put on a new tire and got us back on the road. Great service, very friendly. Thank you

I picked up a nail in my tire on the way to visit family in Richland. They plugged up the hole and had me back on the road within minutes, for $15. Very speedy and affordable. Their collection of odd things found in people's tires was an entertaining way to fill my time.
