I bought my Jeep from a dealer with an extended warranty. I have had to take it back to the dealer more than six times for the same related issues. Unfortunately, the issue continued to pop up every few months and light up my dashboard like it was Christmas. The dealer is an hour away from me, so even with the warranty it cost me time and gas. They even got to the point where they stopped offering a loaner vehicle because they didn’t like having their vehicle out for so long. I lost my patience with it and took it to a mechanic I trust to give it to me straight and fix the problem if at all possible. Shawn got it in, fixed my poor Jeep up, and was extremely patient considering he had to re-fix someone else’s work. Thank you, Shawn.

Brought my motorcycle into Shawn's without a call or anything saying that I was coming with it. Sean immediately made accommodations and received it, then made an appointment for when he was going to be able to look at it to give me an estimate because I did not know what was going on with it. Bringing it to him was like having a big company service but with a small town feel, and when leaving the knowledge that was taken in from talking with him was priceless.
