Didn't listen to what was wanted for a men's haircut and just buzzed it all off super short. Looks horrible and it's right before family pictures. Worst haircut!

Cozy and clean atmosphere, I appreciate the precautions Simple Elegance has taken throughout the pandemic. Jasmine listens to what I want and is able to trim my kids' hair nicely also (sometimes fixing my attempts to cut the boys' hair myself.)
