Older building, Not overly huge like recwntly built Walmart Supercenters. Cleaner than many. Friendlier staff than most. Bathrooms were messy but not dirty. Alcohol section is separated.

During the pandemic many employees wore. Their mask below their nose or their chin . When I complained to supervisor he said he couldnt do anything about it . The shelves are bare and the shelves are to high for the elderly to reach top 2 shelves. Sugar free items are on top shelves to high to reach. I have found shiny metal in hamburger meat and complained and was ask to bring back to store which I did but never heard anything back .their produce does not keep well , I have had to take back. Rotten onions , moldy grapes and strawberries . Walmart needs to take a close look at their Richland Center Wisconsin store and needs new management ! I have complained to corporate office but have had no one who cares to respond to complaints. You can't find anyone in several of the departments for help . They are short staffed and don't enforce their own rules . Walmart you are a disappointment !!!

I am so disappointed with the glasses I purchased from this vision center. The were sent back once because the eye width was wrong. When I returned a week later I was in a rush when I picked them up. They weren't right even after adjustment. I finally said I'd give them a try but the bifocals are off. So I returned and they readjusted them. When I told them they still weren't right, I was told it was because I had purchased the narrow bifocal. I had actually purchased the premium lenses with wider bifocals. I took the glasses to the Walmart in baraboo (who were much nicer to deal with) where they have adjusted them twice. I bought the spring steel glasses, they keep reshaping themselves. The lenses aren't made correctly. What's the use of glasses you can't see clearly out of. I spent $380 on these.
