Heather was absolutely the rudest employee in customer service I have ever met do not come here. Ripon ace hardware is unprofessional and employees reflect why they have such low jobs at that age. Do better. Be better. Be more professional and act your age. If I come here again and heather is giving me the same looks and attitude I will leave another review and how uncomfortable she made my disabled, wheelchaired husband feel a review is not where I’ll leave it.

My daughter bought a new Reliance water heater in December 2024 . It caught fire this past week. Not 7 months old . When she called Ace they told her to contact Reliance . When she called Reliance they told her to contact Ace Hardware. Their warranty is useless ! Don't buy from either !!

Prices are a bit higher, but if you don't have to drive 30 miles each way, who cares. They have a ton of stuff packed into the store and lots of staff who know where it all is. If you need it, they most likely have it.

Stopped in to look for self tapping screws needed on a job site, and the gentleman asked right away what I needed, and then told me aisle, which side, and about where. That's good stuff right there. The cashier was nice also. So, overall, nice store
