I brought my vehicle in for a recall and asked that they check out a ticking noise. The recall was on the engine. When I came to pick up the vehicle I was told to pay the balance at the cashier. I mentioned this service was for a recall so there should be no balance. He said they charged me to check the engine noise I mentioned when I dropped off the vehicle. It would have been nice for them to explain there was an additional charge to check an engine noise.

I drove a thoroughly dirty car into Homan and came out with almost a brand new one. Exterior and interior well cleaned and sparkling. Nice job guys. I'm impressed. And the guest lounge is amazingly welcoming.
