There were flies and flying beetles in my room when I checked in. I asked for a new room but none were available. The desk clerk gave me a fly swatter to help control the bugs. When I checked out in the morning, there were more than a dozen dead flies all over the room, including one smashed on the wall over the bed on which I slept. It was disgusting. For this reason, despite the friendly staff and delicious hot breakfast, I will not return to this hotel.

Booked a room block for our wedding & guest, from the start had nothing but issues with my guest complaining they couldn’t book a room, staff were rude. Then the night of our wedding 4-6 of our guest had bugs in their rooms, or poor service with the staff, dirty rooms or beds, etc. very unsatisfied with the service.

We entered our room and found 4 COCKROACHES crawling all over the bathtub and walls. We took pictures and notified the gal working. The gal working that night was fantastic. However, not impressed by the GM. The gal working came to our room with us and checked herself. She found another roach crawling on the wall and Took a picture of it herself. After speaking with the GM today, because we are not the bride/groom no refund or credit back or anything of any sort. So apparently you are only treated well if it’s your wedding night. This hotel was supposed to be the better of the options in ripon. We also saw dead cockroaches in the corners in the lobby when we were talking with the front desk gal the night of. See pictures. Also have a video of them crawling around before we killed them.

It's good to stay at, the rooms are fairly clean, they have a pool, and they have breakfast in the morning! Overally good.

The pool had children that were unattended by anyone. No towels were available when i asked reply was they are in Landry. The air is humid in rooms. Price is a bit high for the quality of room.

Found a pill on the floor and found it on pill finder , it was viagra 🤦i hope the sheets were washed 🤣 the drain in the shower didnt drain well. Good breakfast, warm pool. This hotel could easily get a 5 in all areas with just a little effort, however, there are some areas that lack decent attention. The first and biggest complaint I have is that they seem to think that expecting to have your room serviced each day is a lot to ask. Having daily service is considered a “special request”. Had we not realized we needed to make a “special request” to have our room serviced daily, they would have gone several days without servicing the room. During COVID, there was a legitimate reason to not service rooms daily, but COVID effectively ended THREE YEARS AGO. Why should patrons pay high prices for a dirty room NOW? If we wanted to stay in a dirty room, we’d have chosen a much cheaper hotel. To not service rooms daily three years after COVID is simply GREED. Having your room serviced daily should be NORMAL, not a “special request”!!! Because of this attitude from the person checking us in, we had a negative experience from the start.
This is a nice property…why should patrons not automatically have their room serviced daily as the NORM?
Since we made the “special request” to have our room serviced daily, it was, and the housekeeper did a good job, but the bad attitude on check-in had already damaged our opinion of this property.
The only other complaint we had was that we had a hot tub in our room, and when we got ready to use it, it wouldn’t work. I put my clothes back on and did some troubleshooting and found, after opening a plumbing access door, that the pump was not plugged in. I plugged it in, and it seemed to work fine for about 15 minutes, then it turned itself off. There were no visible controls other than one button, and that button didn’t seem to do anything, We then decided it wasn’t going to work, so we might as well get out, and about that time, it turned itself back on…for about three minutes, then off again. It worked on and off several more times, and finally we decided to just give up and get out. I didn’t want to get shocked, so I dried off completely as the pump went on and off for a couple of minutes each time. I left it unplugged, and I went to bed.

Typical limited-service hotel. Decent price/value but don't expect too much. Good pool and hot tub complex. Towels are small, thin, and scratchy. There's a $2 daily fee for the safe that you have to remember to tell them to remove - another stupid junk fee. Everything in the game room requires quarters, even the pool table. Breakfast is what you'd expect - sugary and fatty junk food on styrofoam plates. This ain't the Ritz but you're not paying for the Ritz.

Overall, a nice place to stay. Pros: clean, quiet room, very comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly staff. Cons: bathroom fluorescent light flickered dimly; had to help change it since staff was short-handed, water didn't drain during shower; had to unplug, This was exacerbated by shower set to full-blast only; couldn't reduce flow.

We stayed 2 nights. Requested a first floor room and were assigned to a first floor room. Our stay was on the weekend and it would have been preferable if breakfast opened at 6 rather than 7 on the weekend.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and very spacious. We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning.
The only problem we had was that our room key cards quit working after the first night. After two failed card reprogramming attempts, the front desk attendant had to come open our room door for us using her master key. She was very apologetic and said that other guests were having the same problem. If not for the room key issue, this would have been a 5/5 star stay.

Great place to stay. Only issue i had was with the room keys. I continually had to go and get my room key redone as it wouldn't work after awhile and it never worked for the pool area. I had to have the front desk staff open the pool area every time we went and my room twice. That is my only complaint. Otherwise, pool was warm, breakfast was pretty standard and nothing to write home about but good enough. The room was clean but did have some damage to the doors I was worried they'd try to charge me for. Looked like someone open the room door into the closet door as it had a perfect size door handle dent smashed into it. Bathroom door had water damage to the bottom of it or a small animal scratched out a chunk of the door.
