“No one enjoys the experiencing the death of a loved one. The staff made our transition so much easier. Pre-planning and communication with staff was helpful. Mom had chosen a different funeral home but after reading their reviews I wouldn’t take a dog to them. Butzin-Marchant took care of our father and baby sister with so much respect why wouldn’t we trust them with our mother. Though staff has changed, attitude has not.My sister and I are beyond grateful we changed the planned arrangements in the last few days. We know mom was treated with the care and respect she deserved. Her remains were returned to us within days after cremation (she passed on Friday & returned to us Wednesday). Butzin-Marchant completes cremation on site so no transport from place to place or any chances of shady happenings with her remains. We’ve all heard the horror stories!I have the utmost respect for these people and the services provided.Highly recommended service provider.”
