It's a bank, they take my money, they give me my money back, oh, and if I ask really nicely, they will loan me money, that I slowly pay back. Lol, not much else to say, other than, it's a bank

You guys need to start answering the phone. Literally, every single time I call, it's a 50/50 if someone answers, or it's a robot. I've tried calling 5 times today already within a 3 hour span, and I can't get through at all......
