Love this store! I always find something for myself, for a gift, or more things for myself :) every time I shop there. Dawn, her family and her employees are friendly, personable and genuine with their appreciation for their customers. It’s a must-shop in downtown Ripon.

Hart Mercantile is my go to for picking up the sweetest gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays or just because. Hart Mercantile is a wonderful family-owned store with great price points! The products are locally made and are lovely additions to any home. The staff at Hart Mercantile are friendly and this is the reason I shop in Ripon. Can’t wait to visit again!

I absolutely love shopping at Hart Mercantile! This cute shop is a family run store in Ripon. They have a large variety of fun seasonal and vintage gifts, fair trade items as well as pieces made by local artisans. I try to shop local as often as possible and especially seek out art and home goods made in the USA. Dawn and her staff are always friendly and helpful, and have great recommendations! They have great price points for teacher gifts, hostess gifts and anything else I need!

Whenever I visit, Hart Mercantile, I love the friendly atmosphere, that it changes each and every visit. I especially appreciate the items being offered as they are locally, sourced, crafted by other small businesses, or made in the USA.

I ordered a sweat shirt on line and it was exactly as pictured The quality is excellent and so soft,I thought I needed a bigger size like you normally have to do when ordering on line but Dawn assured me I didn’t need too . She was right ! Great small town local service . Love the small town family store and the online store as well

Ok, if you haven't been here - you are really missing out!!! There is something for everyone at this family-owned business. A super cute baby section, men's section, trendy clothes and bags, many locally made items, fair trade gifts, and awesome self care products. They also produce some great videos on social media promoting their items. Check out their Instagram and Tik Tok videos. Guaranteed awesome products and a smile on your face. :)

I visited Ripon for a day of shopping and wasn’t disappointed. Hart Mercantile was amazing and is family owned, the staff onsite were very friendly and helpful when picking out gifts that are made locally. I even found an artist based in the town I live from Lodi, WI. Will definitely be visiting again!
