The spring on my door broke on a Friday night. I called Saturday morning and was greeted by a very friendly lady with their answering service. I told her I wasn't able to open my garage door. She said she would put me on the priority list and would receive a call on Monday morning to get someone there to fix the door. One of their service technicians Matt S. lives near my home. Saturday afternoon on his way home, stopped at my house and had been informed that my door was broken, he looked at the door and determined I need the spring replaced. He had an new spring in the truck and in a short time installed it. I was happy to be able to open my door , thanks to Matt S. for taking time on his Saturday afternoon to fix the door for me. I would highly recommend Modern OverHead door for any garage door needs.

Very satisfied with the efficiency and quality of the door and work. As they took the panels out of the box to install the door, they noticed a small dent. They told us about it and even had the warranty claim submitted before they completed the job that day. The new panel came in and was replace in under 3 weeks. They even installed our side mount garage opener for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend this company.

Great experience, they had someone at my door within 30 minutes of calling in. They were able to get a button installed for my generic machine, even though the parts were different than what they normally work on/with. I will definitely be coming to them with furture needs. Issac the technician that came to the house was also very friendly, and made very quick work of my issue.

Amazing company and service. My garage door was broken and they not only provided me an instant quote (that was honored in the final price), but they offered to send out a tech the next morning to bend my broken door back into shape so my garage was usable until the new door they color-matched for me came into stock.
Sure enough 7 AM next day I woke up to banging noises, and before I got up for the day my door was already usable. Incredible service, and the end product looks beautiful. If only all contractors operated this way (the opposite has been what I have come to expect- so this company was a wonderful surprise!)

Glad I found these guys. Sent them a message on Sunday and by Monday morning my garage door spring had been replaced and for a very reasonable cost compared to others.No brainer. I'd use them again.

Their pricing is very reasonable! Their customer service was great and each of the staff we worked with was helpful/friendly. They replaced a track and garage door that was not installed correctly by previous owners of our home and it feels great to have a garage door that works and is installed properly now! Would recommend them for any and all garage door needs.
