Mercedes Santoyo is a huge asset to Us cellular, she's very knowledgeable about the business, and extremely helpful to me,an elderly lady. She's friendly and always has a smile, and she deserves a large raise. I wouldn't be part of Us cellular if it wasn't for her. She's a great people person!

The food was great we all besides one of us ordered subs and they were great. Also wasn't to busy but if you don't like provolone cheese I wouldn't go there because thats the only cheese they use.

Absolutely horrible customer service from Management. The staff was fine but when the screen protector was not put on properly after 3 attempts, I went to another Authorized Agent for US Cellular to purchase a replacement well within my 15 day window. I asked for credit as not my fault if not placed on the phone properly and a new one was never offered. I was told by Management that no credit was allowed as it was an adhesive, same excuse given for the Pop Socket that was not functioning properly. When I did meet with the Manager in person she was not friendly or apologetic at all and this location is a very poor representation of US Cellular.
