We are very happy with our new sectional and carpeting. Shannon was great at guiding us to the best product selection for our needs. The showroom has a ton of selectional and the staff are great. Installation and delivery was extremely professional. Nothing but good things to say about Shannon and the rest of the H & F team. Thank you! I worked with Shannon primarily, on a recent kitchen upgrade. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in picking out quartz countertops and tile back splash. She was very personable and responsive on answering questions and getting back to me along the way. The installers did a great job as well. I couldn’t be happier!

We have enjoyed working with the H&F crew as our go-to (furniture, flooring and now blinds throughout for our new home) for going in 30 years. It’s been fun getting to know Tracy (and congratulations, on becoming the new owners! 👏) but we will NEVER be able to say, nor sing the praises enough about NEAL B. and his truly world-class customer service and salesmanship.
On a personal note, Neal has that golden “Midas touch” that makes you want to work with, and follow him wherever he goes — from furniture and flooring to serving your drinks as a local to-die-for bartender. He’s one of those “pillars of the community” who happens to not KNOW he’s a pillar of the community. 👏
Lastly, Michael who came to our house to measure everything up is also clearly an up-and-comer, who likewise carries himself with courtesy and professionalism.
Not sure why homeowners would consider anyplace else for decorating their homes — we sure won’t!

Last year, needed a TV stand on short notice. They only had a couple on the floor. The cheapest was $450! I figured it must be solid wood. Come to find out ONLY the top panel was wood. The majority of the bottom was particular board, put together by the "Letter" stickers that were still left on the bottom of the TV stand. Also, when we finally moved, the middle leg brace immediately broke. When we turned the stand upside down to fix the brace, we found two holes in the bottom, because it had already broke and been fixed once before! This price came with no shipping or delivery charges, and no disclosure of the leg being previous broken. OVERPRICED AND NOT HONEST!

It's been a couple years since I dealt with them the first time kitchen floor they did a very nice job at a fair price so now we're looking at new carpet the sales person was helpful and friendly no pressure had some samples sent right to our house from the factory so we could kind of compare and we'll go from there great family owned business in River falls thanks Dave and Mary Hudson Wisconsin
