Exceptional service with a friendly, professional staff. I had two vehicles repaired here with them looking like new. They used original equipment parts and dealt directly with the insurance companies. Strongly recommend you use them!

Terrible customer service! All new parts in front suspension of my truck and all they had to do was alignment the front and after 3 tries it costed me another $450 to get it fixed at another shop, absolutely unacceptable and they wont do anything for me at all! Terrible!

Ok, this happened about a year ago but I still think about thats how outraged I am. I went in for an estimate about paint scratches. The (older) man tried taking pictures on an iPad. I suggested tilting the iPad or something along those lines to see the scratches better (it was very sunny and bright). He handed the iPad to me and said “do you want to do it?” I legit thought he was serious and wanted tech help. He continued taking pics and said “I know how to do my job.” He had no smile indicating it was a joke and spoke to me in the most condescending way throughout the whole appointment. This is another example of how poorly women are treated at auto stores. I would NOT recommend.

My insurance company had some preferred shops. This seemed kinda sketch to me, but then they listed off the options. Jackelen is a local shop in my town. Their name comes up often when people are asked for recommendations in local online groups.
This preferred option from the insurance company was very possibly what I would have chosen myself. No sketch, instead good people with a good local reputation.
I wish I could write a review on the quality of their repairs, but unfortunately my insurance company totalled the car.
What I did get was a shop who helped me with that process. The people at Jackelen helped me to understand the valuation from the insurance company, the potential for buying back the car myself (avoided, their information helped me make an informed decision), other options for repair, and other questions I had.
Very happy with the help from the people at Jackelen. Very unhappy with deer, not sure about my insurance company.
The word locally is they do great work. I hope I don't ever need it, but I will feel confident going to Jackelen if another deer decides my car is too nice.

Stopped by to get a quote on a large paint transfer smudge. They were able to fix it on the spot and did a fantastic job. For free! 10 minutes later I’m on my way. Great service, highly recommend!

From the first email and phone call, to the exceptional communication throughout the whole process, the kind and friendly staff (especially Ryan), my car looks absolutely incredible inside and out! Brought my car in with a whole bunch of scratches from a dog jumping on my car. Everyone was very kind, and they got my car in fast! They did an excellent job, and their prices were very reasonable. Will definitely return for any future service needs!

I give them a fantastic rating for the repairs. However I have never been treated worse in my life. Rich is condescending and beyond rude. This is the 3rd time I have gone there but will think twice next time I need body work.

I cannot believe how poor the service was today. After nothing but positive experiences I've had with them over 20 years and about 12 repairs, I was insulted by the service today,Bottom line: I was shown I was less important than a vendor after being told things I knew not to be true rudely while giving me an estimate. Then I drove over to Hove, who gave me a first-class, professional estimate with no BS and great service. Just like Don use to give, I know he is not coming back. But why should I? I even called back in and received the same individual. He told me he had too many customers to care about just one (even though I'd been historically loyal) and that he didn't really care about my little scratches.
