Jill Morrow, and her team are the best home insurance folks I've ever worked with. Every time that I call into their office to ask a question they promptly pick up the phone within one or two rings. They are always pleasant to speak with and always go the extra mile to make phone calls or emails on my behalf to other parties necessary in whatever business that we are involved with. They take the time to explain things to me and to give me a great options in their services. I would highly recommend going with this business and location if you live in River Falls or nearby because they make it so easy to talk to a human being when that is what you need. And their coverage is excellent and prices are very reasonable. In my opinion, this is the best option in River Falls.

My original review didn't specify overpriced as that is not the only issue. Other concerns have NOT been resolved and are ongoing. Because of that, I am lowering the original 2 star rating to a 1 star. Our services are property and auto.

I've been with American Family for several decades now for my car insurance. 5 years ago I moved from Minnesota to Wisconsin and had to change agents. When I first spoke to Jill Morrow, she walked me through the entire transfer and set up and all was well. I have not had any accidents since the move so I've not had experience with them handling that, however, I rarely use my car now due to working from home, so when the DriveMyWay program was started I got on board. I hated that it tracked me everywhere I went but I wanted the discount. Then they started a new program called MilesMyWay. Still in its infancy, this new program should have been perfect for me since I hardly ever drove my car, however it's been riddled with issues and the app is terrible and doesn't show correct info. I have tried several times to contact the proper folks at American Family as my premiums were not reflecting what I was told they should be, and I wanted details on how they came to the values they charged me for. Finally I tried to call Jill Morrow again, and this time I specifically asked to speak to her (as every other time I've called I only get someone else in the office, never her). I was told she was in a meeting. I said the call was regarding my premiums, and before I knew what happened, the person I spoke with had ended my call and sent me a generic letter detailing all of the discounts I already have applied to my premium. This was NOT WHY I CALLED! And Jill never returned my call. I was so disgusted at this response and total disregard for me as a customer I never bothered calling back. My time is valuable as well. Shame on you Jill Morrow agency. While I have since received a letter that the MilesMyWas app will be replaced, the agency should have taken the time to find out what I needed and actually listened to me instead of assuming they knew. And, does Jill still work there? I don't even know since she didn't return my call. Do better.

I am very pleased with all of my interactions with this agency. They answer all my questions quickly and were extremely helpful after my first major accident in 70 years.
