O'Reilly Auto Parts in River Falls is a helpful and friendly store. The staff provides excellent customer service, is very helpful, and is knowledgeable. They greet customers by name and help find needed parts quickly. The store is clean and well-stocked. They offer many free services, including battery testing, wiper blade and bulb installation, Check Engine light testing, and headlight bulb replacement. They also resurface brake rotors and make custom hoses. Their free Loaner Tool program is available for repairs. Customers report great experiences, finding the parts they need and receiving fast, friendly assistance.
Whitney and another gentleman with glasses and a beard (I can’t remember his name!) were incredibly helpful, patient, and quick! They scanned my car and got me a part ordered which was ready to pick up in the afternoon four hours later.

Customer service at this location is wonderful. Came in with some electrical issues, Whitney was super helpful and helped me solve the issue. Only is that the shop is understaffed.
