I wish I could leave a 0 star. I’m so disappointed with how this place is run and I’m sad because I was told great things about the clinic and the doctor but my experience wasn’t anywhere near pleasant. First of all I was given trial lenses and told to wear those for a while and see how it goes which I did. Then I came back and we thought we’d try different types of trials to see if they felt better. They ended up not having the ones in office so they said they would call me back when they came in. I waited and waited for about 2-3 months and never got a call so I ended up calling them back and they said they had no ideas that was what I was waiting for which frusturated me a little but it was okay they said they would order it and call me back. I again waited months before I had to call again. Finally I got the new sets of trials and they said they would call to schedule my final check. Again like before they never called and I had to call yet again they finally ordered my contacts and obviously it’s been about a year at this point so I got to pick my contacts up today and they said I have to pay the entire price now for my contacts because since it’s been a year my insurance won’t cover it. I’m done I’m over this and I will never be coming back.

Wish I could give separate ratings. Dr Julie is very good explained well and checked many things since I had cataract surgery. Eyes worse than before. Have secondary cataracts more macular degeneration both eyes. Dr Julie checked for many things.
Staff is good.
Person that does glasses do not like. I asked more questions back many times before decided. Day ordered glasses she was not there so someone else did that part. Glasses came. Immediately saw blur in middle. She said have to get used to looking up and down. Wore about 10 min got headache. Have had bifocals before. When place with mirror put back on to see if could see what was wrong. Bifocal at middle of pupil instead of below where should be. Called to get glasses corrected. She tried adjusting could not adjust enough. Had to reorder lens. Came she put them in. Checked if could read page better. She did not adjust. Going to Hudson to get adjust. Through this process with asking questions etc got the feeling I was a bother to her. Definitely will try to not deal with her again.

Dr. John Lee has been my optometrist for the last 14 years and he is one of the best! He was the one that diagnosed a problem with my left eye which turned out to be a tumor on my optic nerve. He goes above and beyond with care for his patients. I highly recommend him. His staff is also top-of-the-line A+.
