I sent my husband to pick up our son’s new lenses. He walked in and said the staff rolled their eyes. Nobody wanted to help him. The one girl said “I’m punched out.” Then the other girl reluctantly got up to help him. Then blamed the cloud spots on his lenses on the lens wipes we used on them… we literally bought the wipes from there. He was there at 6:30, they were open until 7. There is no reason they should treat customers as an inconvenience.

Lily was very helpful in helping me select frames. Dr. Hanson is always great to work with, he makes you feel comfortable & he talks about all your options without being pushy.

First time going to Shopko Optical yesterday and they exceeded my expectations. Dr. Hanson took the time to go over all my questions and was very helpful. Vicki Tirrel, (Manager) was so sweet and helped me quote out different options for contacts. Would highly recommend this office to anyone!!

Our family of 5 has been going to this Shop-Ko Optical location for more than 25 years. We all Appreciate Dr. Hansons’s commitment to our family and our community by staying with Shop-Ko all these years. It has also been nice to have Vicki’s constant care too. . As the other staff members have come and gone I’m thankful they all have been chosen so well. Yes, we all would recommend this place to our friends and family. Consistent good quality care seems to be some of their many good attributes.

I met with Cathi, and my bride worked with Lily. Both were very kind, helpful (and fast!) with great service. Cathi in particular saved us HUNDREDS with her in-depth knowledge of our various insurance coverage(s) ♥️ Why would we ever go any place else? EXCELLENT! BRAVO! THANK YOU!!

I've just recently found out that I was sick and they were the nicest people I have ever ran into given the situation I was unable to walk very well and they were the most courteous and helpful people I appreciate everyone that works there

Dr. Hanson is one of the best doctors I've dealt with across all fields. He'll slow down to explain something or move quickly to get me back to work. I have a difficult prescription that's changing quite a bit as I age, and he's nailed it every step of the way. I've been a customer for over a decade with no plans to change.
