“Intercepted” my mail even though nobody requested it. Then “attempted delivery” (it’s a LETTER) the following day and wouldn’t leave it because there was “no secure location” oh I don’t know try the MAILBOX like everything else you deliver!?!? I paid extra to get it shipped on time and instead I have to pick it up from them 3 days late. To add insult to injury their phone doesn’t work. How are you going to not have a phone/not answer you’re the POST OFFICE!

I forwarded my mail 2 1/2 months ago, received a confirmation number that it was processed and have gone in person to tell them my mail is not being forwarded. 2 1/2 months later Im not getting any mail.

Apparently most local post offices NEVER answer the phone, and River Falls is no exception. In 20 years, they have never answered a call I've made to their local number. Why is it even listed??! And if you have an issue -- mail being stolen, in my case -- you're met with indifference or, worse, defensive hostility.

Postal man flying through our neighborhood at extremely unsafe speeds. Doesn't grab our mail with the flag up, when told to slow down he laughs and throws a cigarette butt in our yard. Unbelievable.

Have never been so disgusted with Riverfalls postal service, packages are constantly late because drivers are to lazy to step out of the truck or get locked in a parcel locker with a broken lock or wrong key so my packages are still unattainable, if you hate your jobs that much just quit..

This has to be the most incompetent post office I have ever dealt with. I’m ready to get anyone I need to involved. BBB, police, idc. I’m tired of yall never delivering my mail. The people who work here must be brainless and lazy. Im extremely angry about this. Everyone should be fired and get a new staff.

I realize that it is snowing heavy….but our driveway was drivable…..is this really a acceptable place to leave 2 packages….with 8-10” snow expected overnight….they would have not been seen by morning…..

250 dollar package says it was "left at my front door/entry area at 8:59 am" however my girlfriend walked out of the house at 8:50 AM and I woke up and went and looked at 10 am. So either someone stole the package in the 1 hour it was there or it was never actually delivered. WHY WOULD YOU GUYS NOT PUT IT IN THE PARCEL LOCKER. Guess I'm just gonna be out the 250 bucks. Thanks
