I visited the River Falls store. Was greeted right away. I shared why I was there and was presented with different options to resolve the problem. I decided to go with a new phone and ended up with saving money on our monthly bill and upgraded service. Olivia took the time with me and worked hard to give the best service!

We had a great experience with Zach and Maddi. They were both very helpful and patient. I was buying a new phone for my mom and she was struggling with sone changes. My mom came into the store and they were so great helping her out.

The Verizon staff is always so helpful and informative. They are so patient and understanding with technology issues. Give you updates when appropriate. They make sure your issue is resolved and you understand what has transpired. I do appreciate them.

I was just visiting River Falls Verizon store from Omaha, because I forgot all my chargers (I-phone 15, watch and AirPods). Madison got me fixed up with what I needed and even found a car charger set. I give the Experience a 10/10. And all with a smile.
