The dealings that we have had at the Walgreens pharmacy is the worst I have had to deal with! The people are very rude, not helpful in the least! We are going back to family fresh where they have fabulous customer service. I would not recommend Walgreens to anyone!!

I went to the River Falls Walgreens Driveup yesterday. Pulled right up to the window. Waited for 6 minutes before anyone acknowledged me - that was the young Lady who was waiting on customers inside. Four other pharmacists/Techs had their noses stuck on their computer screens in full sight of me - never did any of them make even a glance at me - let alone give me my one Prescription. My wife had been there the previous week and waited over 10 minutes before anyone even looked at her. We are no longer getting any Prescriptions at any Walgreens.

This place is a joke. I used to not have problems with this Walgreens. I'm not sure what happened, I don't know if staff changed or what, but I have been so disappointed in this location. The first problem that happened is when my dog's veterinarian called in a prescription for him. My pet was in pain. I never got ANY notification when the medication was ready, despite the fact that I get harassed my phone, email, and text when my meds are ready. I've had several issues with getting my inhaler filled. They never give any explanation, they just cancel it. And the only way I find that out is if I go back into the website. I get no other notification. Again, despite the fact that they have no problems harassing me when I have something to pick up. In September, my husband and I went in for flu and Covid vaccines. We'd had to cancel twice because I ended up having other work commitments. The employee in the pharmacy, I believe her name was Casey, was downright rude. She basically called us out for not coming in (we did cancel our appointments, we did not no call no show). She acted like we owed her something, like we somehow ruined her day. She claimed that the other two times she had the vaccines ready and waiting, which is incredibly weird. I work in veterinary med and we never set up vaccines ahead of time. But it sounds like Casey doesn't care about anyone but herself. Casey is rude at best, she has no customer service skills. She should be fired. I don't know what is wrong with this place, but I'm ready to find a new pharmacy. I'm not sure if some of the workers are just inept, or uncaring jerks like Casey. Get it together.

0 stars. 1 star is far too generous. The WORST pharmacy i have ever been to in my entire life. COMPLETELY incompetent workers. Get your crap together or get out of the business. Seriously pathetic. College Students- Don't expect to be able to transfer your prescription here. They are incapable of basic things like that!! Been 2 months and still trying to get my birth control pills! Thanks for nothing Walgreens. I'll be charging you child support if I get pregnant at this point.

Called pharmacy. Been trying to get my medication for two days. Insurance a problem but working on it. Ended up purchasing 3 pills to get me through. Which not a problem. The problem was the pharmacist. He was cold and just kept saying I don’t have time to help you with this. He never answered my question was it safe to just miss them. I felt very put aside. Especially sense they wanted $1500 for my prescription. He could of been understanding and not blown me off. After this it’s worth the drive to Hudson for better service !!!

Saw a clerk accuse 4 teens of stealing after they'd been in the store for less than 2 minutes. I didn't see them take anything and they were near me in the candy isle. Then he called them "urban" (they were people of color) and told them to get out. Another clerk came, I thought to calm him down but she also turned on the kids & told them to go back to the city. One of the kids got mad & asked the male Walgreens employee to step outside and he basically took them up on it and chased them out the door threatening to fight. The other teens calmed the angry girl and walked her out and then Walgreens called the cops. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior from a clerk, harassing kids.Today I went in w my kids to the pharmacy for our appointment to get shots because they're close and have bookable appointments. When I arrived for my appointment they told me they were out of the little kid shots my sons needed and I'd have to make another appointment when they came in. I asked when that would be and she said she "hoped" they'd be there in a few days. Then we waited for an HOUR for the ones they did have for my daughter & myself. There was another couple there waiting over an hour as well. I'll call them, "Jim & Judy Anderson". There was a mix up and the couple got skipped. When the Pharmacist called, they expressed that it was their turn and the pharmacist let them in. After they left, that same pharmacist called for, "Judy Anderson" AGAIN and looked confused as to why they weren't out there. We told him that was the woman he just gave a shot to. He looked confused and went back in.If he still had Judy's shot...then WHOSE SHOT did she GET?While standing there today I saw so much nonsense. The pharmacy forgetting multiple people, rude staff, the phone ringing off the hook, prescriptions sent to the wrong location, the pharmacy out of meds, charging customers the wrong price because the customer apparently needed to move a coupon in the app in order for the price tag ON THE SHELF to be correct. And one old lady who came up and was shocked to find she was being charged $120 for her medicine. When she asked if there was some mistake the clerk didn't double check, just told the customer her "deductible must have gone up".Absolutely done w this location, and after learning that Walgreens has apparently been aware all of their locations aren't staffed well enough for years I'm done w all Walgreens. They're clearly not making sure their stores are capable of serving the public that counts on them in a safe manner. Avoid Walgreens if you can.

Clean, well-maintained and orderly store. All the shelves I visited were well stocked and things were easy to locate. Can't speak to the service of the pharmacy, but the customer service from the cashier I had Tuesday night was excellent. Recommend!

Can't even get through to the pharmacy. I spend 15 minutes on the line just to get hung up on without an answer to a question. I personally have never had an issue here before but they have trouble with telling what an RX card is. Even when it's established on the card. Recommend that you get medications elsewhere.

If you like to wait 30 minutes for the pharmacy to wait on you when you are in the drive up, then this is the store for you. Not even a we are running behind, it will be a minute or anything.

I’m usually not one to complain especially since I used to work in a pharmacy. But, I just had a phone call with one of the RX technicians and he was blatantly rude to me the whole call. I was calling to check on the status of a prescription that I need soon and he told me he didn’t see anything coming up for me. Which I think is very odd because earlier this month I received 3 calls from them, telling me this specific prescription I now need, was ready even though I didn’t need it filled then. So I know it’s in their system and has been transferred from my hometown pharmacy. I feel like this Walgreens is not organized enough for me to get my prescriptions processed here. Every time I’ve gone in to pick up a prescription they are slow, barely ever notice me waiting, and talk down to me just because I’m younger. I am very disappointed in this pharmacy and I will be looking to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere.

The pharmacy staff are simply rude. They could use a course (or two) on customer service and general kindness towards people. Short tempered, not interested in helping customers or answering questions thoughtfully. They all seem very unhappy any time I stop in to pick up a script. Why are they so mad? Seriously, how do they get through life treating people this way? Is it that hard to smile?

DO NOT COME HERE!I'm not really one to tear into customer service people, but holy mother of God this Walgreens is a masterclass in incompetence and blatant vitriol for its own customers. My partner put in a pickup order which I was picking up on the way home. The Walgreens only gave me part of the order, which she discovered on my getting home. I go back, get the other part of the order, return, only to find that they still only gave me part of that part of an order. SO I GO BACK AGAIN. They acknowledge that part of my order was still there, but are incredibly obstinate that I was lying about missing a can of soup.On a $350 order, the manager was literally fighting me on a can of soup, and even went so far as to call me a liar, despite also acknowledging that they forgot parts of my order two other times.Honestly the most insane shopping experience I've ever had. The quality of people that Walgreens employs is evidently VERY bad. Please don't come here, they don't deserve the business if this is how they operate.
