Not really anything negative with the experience other than the start time for the gate. Some of us use our storage units to operate our small businesses and the early bird gets the worm. 7am isn’t early.

This was my first time ever utilizing a storage unit. I wasn't really expecting much as far as service, since I tend to think of it as self service. I did, however, end up having to call a few times for assistance and everyone I spoke with was very patient and helpful. In addition, the checkout process was extremely convenient and easy. I will definitely be looking to utilize Badger State Storage next time I'm in need!
