The guy at the front—his name is Natalie—was quite rude to me. I was simply asking for my receipt, and he responded, “Why didn’t you tell me before, bro?” After I paid, I was waiting for my receipt, but instead, he just said, “Next, please,” without even asking if I needed one. When I asked for it, he said, “Yeah, why didn’t you tell me before?” I wish I could give him zero stars for that kind of attitude.

Baby changing table was disgusting. Full of crumbs, hair, dirty shoe prints, and the disposable paper liners were out. We chose to stop here because as a travel center we thought there would be a clean and stocked place to change our baby. Wipe the tables down and order more liners.

The Natalie lady was quite rude, very snappy attitude for no reason, could learn to but pass their stress and frustration along into your customers especially when their was little to no interaction outside of makeing a groggy purchase. Hope they feel better bout whatever they are dealing with but the decorum and respect level for general humanity could use work....

Everyone was nice and friendly. The young man who was turning over the showers seem to be doing a really good job. He was one of the first I've seen that was spraying and like hard scrubbing / mopping the floor. The only concern is shower sevens security.

This rating reflects only the reserved parking situation. Pilot/Flying J locations are not consistently enforcing their reserved parking policies.
Nighttime is when parking lot capacity is typically at its highest; therefore, not enforcing reserved parking during this period undermines the policy's intended purpose.

Showers suck, very little parking available and they will not let you park in any of the over-abundance of empty space. There's almost exclusively paid parking and they enforce it with no alternatives. Do yourself a favor and go to the truckstop directly next door instead

Flying J in Roberts WI still owes my business over $95,000 from 2 full seasons of contracted work. The Manager plays dumb and Corporate won’t return calls. For any Contractors out there putting bids in for that location, your pay is $0 fyi. I know if I took a piece of gum from that store I’d be arrested. That corporate entity stole a hell of a lot of money from me. This location and Flying J as a whole is crooked and beyond greedy.

This place likes to call the cops on you to move your truck. If you are not in a spot don't park here. They will ticket you and call the cops. Park at qwik trip across the street much better.
