Roberts Marine serviced my Mercruiser outdive and trailer electrical. They were fast, thorough, professional, exacting, conscientious, qualified, and great communicators! They listened, understood, advised, and performed way better than expected, and I expect a lot. The cost of service was perfect. I plan to bring them more work and tell everyone I know. This is how you do customer service!
Update 7/28/25: Brian talked me thru making my own repair! That's above and beyond!

Called for my trim not working and right before July 4th. Very coinsiderate to look at it immediately. He got me out on the water for the weekend and only costed me my future business with him. There are still good people in this world. They just made a new life long customer.

I recently had my Minn Kota Ulterra trolling motor serviced at Roberts Marine and received exceptional service from Brian. He quickly identified and resolved the issue. This was my second experience with Roberts Marine, and both times have been outstanding. The team there is highly knowledgeable and efficient. These guys saved the remainder of the summer for us! We purchased a boat and immediately had issues and had to replace the head. In the process I knocked the distributor timing out of whack. I couldn’t figure out why the boat was running poorly and they had it diagnosed and fixed in a couple days! Very trustworthy and honest people. Very reasonably priced as well! Unbelievable service! I needed my boat motor serviced for lack of power. I brought it in late in the day figuring I'd leave it there until they called me. As soon as I got there, Brian immediately backed it up to a water tank, popped the top of the motor off and started checking all sorts of things: fuel line, flow, spark quality, zip, zip zip. While the plugs had spark, they popped in new ones, started it back up and the motor ran like a top. While I felt foolish about not changing out the plugs on my own, the fact that they jumped right on this, charged me for 15 minutes of labor and $6 worth of plugs and did it right on the spot, truly impressed the heck out of me. I'll recommend Brian's shop to everyone.

I stupidly installed the battery on my boat backwards and blew out a diode. The Roberts' people ordered the part and Brian installed it very early one morning and I was back on the water in no time. Very good workmanship and customer service...Service: General repairs & maintenance
