Very poor customer service. Lacks professionalism and does not have the community‘s best interest in mind . They are aware that they are the only company that services their are and therefore treats the customer with the utmost disrespect! My opinion, vote in new leadership or try to get another company to take over.

We've never not made our payments. We're late a few weeks and low and behold, they shut us off with warning. Seven small children at home. Could care less. We're getting solar. Stop letting these major corps rule our lives.
