“I was very happy with the the high-quality of repairs on my vehicle. Everything looks great and all the electronics are working perfectly. Shortly after I picked up my car, I was already on a road trip. I was anxious to test out all the sensors at the front of the vehicle and everything works fine. I appreciate the communication updates (emails and texts) from the staff at Yach’s even though I was halfway around the world while the repairs were happening. I highly recommend Yach’s for their professionalism, attention to details, and follow through with the repairs in the time frame promised.”

“There are a lot of shady dealers out there. Whenever I call a car dealer, I am half expecting some sort of a hidden upcharge or a even a scam. Even after the price is negotiated and paint protection upcharge is removed, there may be a hidden cleaning fee or garage charge, or mandatory car wash plan, etc. I am glad that this is not one of those dealers. They laid out the price without hidden upcharges, were very honest about it. The process of the sale was done very professionally and efficently. There were no unpleasnt surprises. The dealership looks nice and presentable. They set the bar for other dealers to follow. Recommend for anyone looking for a Toyota.”

“One of my catalytic converters forced a knock sensor to cause my vehicle ( 300k mi 2003 Toyota Sequoia) to start stuttering, and this was on the highway doing about 70. I pulled off and pulled into this location and requested a code reading a young gentleman by the name of Manpreet assisted me, was super calm, and walked me through my next steps. He actually got down on his hands and knees to look under my vehicle at my catalytic converter’s and noticed that one was actually very overheated. He advised me to get things taken care of quickly and had several options that I could choose from, and said that the mile drive home would be safe if I was slow and careful. Not only that, but he had to retrieve the codes a half an hour later once I had gotten home and realized I hadn’t written them down, in my distress. I’ve been to this location a few times and have not had anything but Exceptional service from a team that has never failed to put me at ease with my vehicle. I am incredibly grateful for establishments run like this, with great people who are not only understanding, empathetic, but are knowledgeable enough to truly help someone even if they are in a panic.”

“This almost-80 driver just received such compassionate service at Motors Service & Supply in Wausau that I needed to look for place on their web page to review.‘Jeff’ who has worked here over a thirty year time gave good directions on how to get here through heavy Bridge St. construction. I then came out to install (free) a gas cap (mine still on gas tank in Upper Michigan). Then he helped get my faulty hood lock to open so he could pour windshield washer fluid. Then came back and volunteered a few squirts of lube.Rare to see this kind of helpfulness these days. “I was in town and didn't have time to drive all the way up to UPS. I saw online that they accept packages here as some sort of authorized center. I was able to drop the box off and get it scanned but they were not able to give me a receipt. Not an issue because I was able to verify online later in the day that it had been picked up. Good to know that these guys are available in a pinch.”
