“My son researched this out and recommended it to us and I did a little more research. I was going to have somebody either paint or spray on that rubberized coating on the bottom of my truck and also my wife's Lincoln MKC. That's somewhere between a thousand bucks and $1,500. This is $160. Once a year. So it might take 9 or 10 years for me to pay as much as I would have otherwise. And yet, I'm getting fresh protection each year and there is some evidence to suggest that this actually will do a better job, it does not trap moisture under the paint or the rubberized coating.
Also, they were very friendly and helpful, they did recommend getting these salt eliminator wash, but didn't necessarily push the wax. Seemed that they were being honest and trying to do what was really needed for my car.”
“Overall excellent experience. Needed a quick OEM windshield replacement for my sq5. Sean needed to order the windshield and made sure all got done within my tight timeframe and in line with the estimate.
My only complaint is the 3% surcharge for using CC”

“Caliber Collision in Wausau had the best customer service from an auto body shop that we ever experienced! We were recommended by the insurance company to go there, and at first, because it is an hour away from us, we were hesitant, but it was easier to go there than deal with the insurance company! Once we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly face that explained the process and timeline. They sent us text message updates as to where they were in the process and were able to get the car done a week sooner than originally predicted. Kyle, actually called to explain some insurance information to us and allowed us to make some decisions regarding the repairs. We greatly appreciated him including us in the decision making! We were also appreciative that they handled the all insurance transactions from the moment we brought it there as, I was having a difficult time with it. I highly recommend Caliber Collision based on our experience. It was worth the drive!”

“I cannot express how grateful we are for the assistance we received, particularly from Whitney. We are from Chicago and had been stranded (with our brand new Tucson) in Copper Harbor, MI on a Saturday afternoon. This was the nearest Hyundai dealership, so it was where Hyundai Roadside Assistance was able to arrange to tow our vehicle for repairs the following Monday. Not only did they repair the issue quickly, but Whitney kept us updated and advised us to request (through Hyundai customer support) to get our vehicle transported to the dealership nearest to us. She just saved us a ten-hour round trip to retrieve it with either a rental or a borrowed vehicle. If it weren't for her help, I'd STILL be trying to figure out how we were getting back up there. I highly, HIGHLY recommend the service department at Kocourek.”

“We went up for the weekend to visit family in Wausau. My check engine light came on the night before we were supposed to leave. Thank goodness they were open until 9pm. They were busy when we got there at 8pm. The guy that waited on me, don't remember his name, had really long hair. He was very kind and informative of the issue. Offered advise on how to prevent the error code in the future. Really appreciated that he answered all my questions. When we got back to the hotel we called to see if they had the part in stock, they did. We went back the next morning and purchased the part and new batteries for my key fob. I am unable to count on my local Walmart having the batteries in stock. The Assistant Manager waited on me Sunday morning. Even though it was busy he took the time to install a new fuel cap. It took him about a minute. I really really appreciate him doing that even though they were busy. He went above and beyond as they were quite busy. Thank you to both of the guys they were outstanding and went above and beyond. I felt so much better driving the hour and a half back home.”

“Brought in a little 250 cylinder head for simple shop work and cleaning after calling for a quote. Figured it'd be about a week before I'd see it - made sense, it's not exactly a high ticket item. Quote was reasonable. Not only did their shop turn the job around next day but also for a third of the quoted cost. Will happily continue to do business here.”

I need a pin guide boot kit and we couldn't find one within 80 miles of Wausau but somehow he made was able to get me one after several phone calls. “A couple weeks ago someone backed into my car. Both my insurance and other drivers insurance suggested Gerber Collision.. I called..they got me in the next week. I got my car back as good as new and even better since they also cleaned the inside as well as outside when I came to pick it up. Their staff was professional..friendly..kept me posted and I got my car back in 7 days which included the weekend. They worked with insurance companies...they made everything so easy and simple. Like my insurance company...I would highly recommend them.”

“There are a lot of shady dealers out there. Whenever I call a car dealer, I am half expecting some sort of a hidden upcharge or a even a scam. Even after the price is negotiated and paint protection upcharge is removed, there may be a hidden cleaning fee or garage charge, or mandatory car wash plan, etc. I am glad that this is not one of those dealers. They laid out the price without hidden upcharges, were very honest about it. The process of the sale was done very professionally and efficently. There were no unpleasnt surprises. The dealership looks nice and presentable. They set the bar for other dealers to follow. Recommend for anyone looking for a Toyota.”

I have never used this service. When I called, they were very professional, I explained how the process worked.
They got me in within a few days, and we're very customer orientated from the time I walked into the time I received receive my keys.
