“There are a lot of shady dealers out there. Whenever I call a car dealer, I am half expecting some sort of a hidden upcharge or a even a scam. Even after the price is negotiated and paint protection upcharge is removed, there may be a hidden cleaning fee or garage charge, or mandatory car wash plan, etc. I am glad that this is not one of those dealers. They laid out the price without hidden upcharges, were very honest about it. The process of the sale was done very professionally and efficently. There were no unpleasnt surprises. The dealership looks nice and presentable. They set the bar for other dealers to follow. Recommend for anyone looking for a Toyota.”

“This almost-80 driver just received such compassionate service at Motors Service & Supply in Wausau that I needed to look for place on their web page to review.‘Jeff’ who has worked here over a thirty year time gave good directions on how to get here through heavy Bridge St. construction. I then came out to install (free) a gas cap (mine still on gas tank in Upper Michigan). Then he helped get my faulty hood lock to open so he could pour windshield washer fluid. Then came back and volunteered a few squirts of lube.Rare to see this kind of helpfulness these days. Thank you Jeff and Motors Service & Supply owners.I’d have had to wait for next visit from out of town/state kids for all of the above. Seniors are in good hands here. Ok”
