We booked a king with bunk room and stayed over the holidays to do some skiing. We found the room to be less than clean and smelly, the sheets on the twin bed had blood and hair on them, the bathroom had a big splotch in the middle of the floor and the toiletries were half full and open still. I attempted to check in online but it never did work so went to the counter. I asked about getting a higher floor, we go to bed early and she just said there was only one floor above us...no options or questions. I sent an email about the issues, and they called, but they never sent the sheets/pillowcases. We decided to make our room work but then there was an issue with the heat. The heat never did quite work right in the room as much as we turned it up, it was still pretty cold. All in all, the lobby was beautiful, but the breakfast was standard (American Inn - exactly the same, not particularly impressive). They seem stretched; both housekeeping and front desk, attempting to keep the hotel running. The workout room is top notch, however and it's 10 minutes to Granite Peak so great location if you're going to just ski all day. There are tons of other options I'd consider before this one!

Log cabin vibe, modern amenities. Huge gym. Bid hot tub and pool, but waterpark is closed since last 5 yrs

Overall the rooms are okay, but the actual experience was awful. First night, there was a dog barking and scratching at the door next to us for hours on end with management doing nothing and acting annoyed that we called about it. The next 3 days there was false fire alarms that went on for way too long. For breakfast when the food is there it’s decent but they don’t restock good so several days my options were bacon or sausage only for breakfast

Dog poop all over our patio. The mechanism for the bath tub didn’t work which would have been nice for our toddler. Pool area dirty.

Really odd hotel. To begin, the hotel is really pretty and weirdly spacious with not much in it. The service is awful, took 45 minutes to get a tiny burger off their 4 choice menu as a “restaurant.” Breakfast wasn’t great ethier found a black hair..

Horrible bar experience. Drink prices through the roof. 16$ for an old fashioned. Bad service in general. They catered and for half the time we didn’t get half the meal. Said it would be out shortly but was not.

check in was good. check out was eh. no one picked up the phone when we tried to check out and no one was at front desk either. had to call twice before anyone picked up later to check out. breakfast was eh. we was there over the weekend during a busy event in the area. all food items was not refilled in a timely manner. given the hotel is almost fully booked. breakfast service staff seemed irritated, unable to keep up with the guesses. many people came to eat and simply just got nothing and left standing there with no breakfast. 0/5 stars on the breakfast. the pool was ok for half of it being under construction. the hot tub was nice. overall its a decent place. the rooms was nice atleast.

Took out water park
Scheduled a tour for wedding venue and TWICE the lady didn’t show! After driving all the way from Minnesota. Not at all what it used to be.

Im stayng at the Bantr for work, which is a very long way from home, Texas that is.
This place is gorgeous! The staff is friendly and very accommodating. If you knew me, you'd know, I'm weary of going out alone, so when I ventured out of my room I found the best place to just hang out.....
The highlight of the place... the Bantr Grand Hotel bar. The bartender on weekends is Sara...offering her best, always with a smile and ready to serve. She really makes me feel comfortable and at home,; iI tend to forget Im not from Wisconsin.
Watching her work is just as exciting. Its like this woman has 8 arms, welcoming all, keeping all the patrons glasses full and faces with smiles. I've seen her handle situations, where others would lose it or spiral, with ease and professionalism So not only am I comfortable there, I feel safe in the atmosphere she creates.
I recommend this place for anyone from any background to come hang out. Have a few laughs, listen to good music, and have a few drinks.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was nice and clean, and the pool area was warm and the pool and hot tub were the right temperatures. Check in and out was a breeze. We didn't do or even look at their breakfast, so can't rate that. But we used the room the afternoon before to play dominoes and it was huge with lots of large tables. The staff were very nice. We mentioned this last year when we stayed, it is a large hotel, and is in need of wall signage to find your way around. We will gladly stay again.

Place was clean and the staff was very nice and went above and beyond during our stay. Will be exciting to see when they have the remodel done of the old water park area.

It’s fine. Seems to run on a skeleton staff. Breakfast frequently ran out of food. Pool is big but bummed they ripped out the water park.
