Friendly staff, clean environment, big variety of machines. They have a Hydro Massage machine to relax your muscles after a workout.

Great, clean environment. Absolutely love the layout here compared to a different one I was at prior to me moving. Staff is great they make it easy to ask questions and they're super polite.

Felix Tveten that works at the Planet Fitness in Rothschild Wisconsin canceled my membership due to the fact I had an emergency with my 7-year-old son that was about to pee his pants. I was finishing my workout while my wife and 3 children waited on me outside. My 7-year-old told his mother he badly needed to use the restroom. So, my wife goes up to the counter in planet fitness and asks if my son could use the restroom and informed them that I was inside working out. The gentlemen told my wife that he could not use the restroom and he suggested trying the theatre which is on the other side of the strip mall, or the Pick n Save which is down the street. My son could not hold his Blatter and my wife informed me of what was going on. I took my child to the restroom in planet fitness and the gentlemen tried to stop us and told us that he could not go in there. I informed him of the emergency and how my son was fixing to pee his pants. He told me he didn't care and that policy states that he can't go in. I told him I don't care my son needs to pee very badly and I am not going to sit here and let him piss himself. I took my son to the restroom and after coming out the worker told me that I have broken policy rules and that I will no longer be allowed in the gym. I then asked him if it would have been better to let my son urinate on himself. In which he ignored my questions and then told me he could call the authorities. I asked him to do so and told him I will wait, and we can explain to the police how he didn't care about a 7-year-old pissing on himself. He proceeded to tell me that my gym membership was revoked and canceled. He tells me it was a liability issue taking my son to the restroom and was against policy. How is it a liability while I am escorting my son to the restroom holding his hand? I would like this rectified as soon as possible. If someone from corporate or high up could reach out to me, please to discuss this further. I enjoyed going to Planet Fitness and the workout experience but this behavior from staff is atrocious.

I wish they would let teenagers have a membership year round, but it's been a great option for summer!!ETA - I don't know how to reply to the owners reply so I'm editing my review - the staff in the gym said that members need to be 18 to have their own membership :( My 15 year old can come as my black card guest, but they said he could only come by himself during the Summer deal. If he can actually get his own membership that would be AMAZING because he wants to be able to go alone *and* his brother wants to go also but I can't have 2 guests either apparently.

Great assortment of machines. Very clean. And...Best Showers I have found at Any of the pf's i have visited across the United States. Young man at the Front Desk was very friendly and welcoming as well.

My mother is a member here through SilverSneakers. She's not always in the area, now being retired, and since it had been a few months since her last visit she went in this week to learn her membership had changed from "Black" status to the less premier option. She was not notified in advance of her status change, and when she inquired about it was told there was a system upgrade and anyone who didn't use their membership frequently would not be "grandfathered in" with a premium membership, even though she has been a member prior to the upgrade. Shame to see a retiree's membership status change without notice, and due to a poor excuse.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience here. I went into Planet Fitness on March 10th to sign up for a membership. In the past I’ve dealt with their sneaky hidden fees and other issues so I wanted to be extra careful. I explained to the front desk worker that I was only going to be in town for around a month, I wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to get billed for the annual fee knowing I’d be there less than a month. She tells me to sign up on my phone. I begin the process and sign up for a black card membership, we then finish the process on the computer. I continue to ask questions regarding the fees/when I’d have to cancel to ensure I won’t be charged for more than what I was expecting. We finish the sign up without any mention of a promo.Here is my first major issue. I open my bank statement shortly after sign up to realize I had been charged the monthly fee twice, as well as twice for the sign-up fee. I had to go into Planet Fitness on multiple occasions to ask about this charge. The first two times I was told they didn’t see anything from their end and it must just be pending to make sure the charge went through. FINALLY I find out it’s because two accounts were created for me!! It has been over three weeks now and still no credit has shown on my bank, although supposedly it was “approved” by corporate last week.My next issue, I go in to cancel my membership yesterday. Everything seems fine. However, after speaking to the manager once again today on the phone, I come to find out there is a $58 “buyout” fee. I am absolutely shocked at this, why have I not only been signed up twice, but apparently I was also signed up for a minimum 12 MONTH COMMITMENT. what is going on?? I could not have been more clear about what I wanted when I signed up. I repeatedly told the front desk worker I was going to be here for LESS THAN A MONTH!!100% this is an issue with the employees and the manager who had little knowledge on what this “promo” was and what the steps going forward are. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. The manager has been rude and unhelpful, and any other employee seems to know nothing and can never help me with these issues. Personally, I would like to be refunded for these mistakes, as they were mistakes from uneducated employees.RESPONSE TO “THE OWNER”Thanks for being super unprofessional and not providing the email I am supposed to send these screenshots. Luckily I am able to do my own research and find it myself. Those have been sent. Maybe I can finally get some actual help.

To begin, the facilities here are fine and we didn't have much of a problem which is why I considered a 2 star review, but the following is completely unacceptable. The big word of warning is how predatory the plan cancellation process is. You must cancel in person or send them a letter which is crazy in 2023 (they wouldn't even accept an e-mail), so if you are out of town and want to cancel before you get charged again, you're out of luck. Moreover, there is a hidden 7 day lead time on having to cancel before your next bill date as well. So if you cancel a handful of days prior to the next bill date, they will go ahead and charge your card anyway! I would recommend going to a different fitness center/club purely due to how they handle their account closing process.
