Why go to the grocery store when you can go directly to the source. A nice little store front with lots of fresh string cheese and other cheese varieties from local Wisconsin cheese manufacturers along with other niche snacks from Wisconsin. We will for sure be back.

Great little retail store with fresh cheese and friendly staff. Try the pineapple chicken sausage sticks! It's a little out of the way, but worth the drive!

The Baker family sold the business out to another local Wisconsin cheese company. Since then cheese quality is unchange, but prices have increased.

The parking can be awkward if you have trouble walking up a short incline or are bringing young children along. But the Baker string cheese is fantastic. The store also has other great products, the Henning cheddar curd is also pretty good.

Office ladies that answer the phone or incredibly unprofessional, rude and felt a need to rush my inquiry and quickly get off the phone, not annoy the princess. I’m a talker, and I mentioned I used to cut grass and was a landscaper and worked on the owners property and was a pleasure interacting with the owners. I remember Kelly very pleasant and the owner. Technically the husband is, but we all know usually the wife Runs the show.
