I have had a P.O. Box there for years. Over the last 2 years I have had problems receiving my mail. W-2s sent back to employer, not receiving government mail or bank statements. But a lot of mail that isn't mine or has different box numbers.

My package was delivered and someone opened the package. Thank god it wasn't stolen, but who the hell opens someone else's mail....

So the mail is left on the wet ground now? No longer attempting to put it on the covered step or in a mailbox
