The young lady who works at this Metro store is a ROCK STAR! She was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. The complete polar opposite of the kind of service I received at Sprite. It was a ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ experience.

By accident I deleted a few phone numbers and couldn't find a way to retrieve them and when I called the help line I was told that it was easy and to take it to one of the stores and they'll be able to help me, so I went to the one in St Francis , it used to be on 20th and Layton but when I told him my problem he said there was nothing he could do even though i told him that the help line told me to bring it there he said sorry can't help and didn't even look at my phone, all he wanted really was for me to buy another phone saying how old mine was, that manager or sales person I've dealt with before and he is always busy on his phone when I visit there he actually asks me to hold on a minute? Why do I have to wait for service because he's too busy on his phone?

Horrible customer service! Went into store twice first time to find about warranty information was handed a flyer and told call this number treated like I was intteuruping the associate. I called found out there was nothing metro could do for me in regards to insurance because when I switched the phone to another number on my account it canceled the insurance. So I went back to the store to try and get the same phone which had been on display the week before. This time I was told they no longer had my same phone. I picked another same brand Moto phone which was same price point. I was told they didn't have that either. So I asked if metro would comp. Me the difference on another phone. Being that they didn't have a phone similar to mine that wasn't 20-40 dollars more expensive and being that he wasn't able to even attempt to try and find what I needed at another location or even attempt to explain the difference or what might work for me I was back to intteuruping him again. He did help the man that came in after me and did hear him groan and say to him that he was going to make him work. Also when I said to him that he really wasn't providing customer service. He then had the nerve to laugh and say that he didn't break my phone and not his fault I didn't have insurance. He then told me I was being rude because I wanted him to do his job and help me find a comparable phone at the same price point. He also lied about his position. I asked him his name which he said was LEWIS and told me he was a corporate manager which according to Metro pcs there is no corporate store in our area. I went to the location on 27th Street after calling Metro pcs. The associate there was very helpful and found me what I originally wanted.

I'm disappointed in the service online and on the phone. I was trying to pay my boyfriend's bill and I went online it wouldn't accept my payment, then I called and tried with the automated system still no luck. So when I was transferred to a real person I was told I had to go into a store and pay because I exceeded my two limit try to pay. This is completely ridiculous NOTHING said only two attempts and what good is customer service if they can't help. This service is trash! No help what so ever now I have to go out in a f****** snow store because of an ineffective system... really pissed
