Terrible. First of all, I'm pretty sure no one works there. Calls are not answered. Email address bounces back as invalid, "contact us" on their website never answered. They also charge you whatever they feel like charging you. One month it's $60, the next month it's $69, next month it's $135..... then you, the customer, has no way to get a hold of anyone - ever - to discuss the incorrect charges. They can charge you and take your money very efficiently, but no one works there to take care of incorrect charges. I have opened a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Can't reach company by email, phone or in person. Have a problem with invoices. Being charged even after giving 30+ days notice.

They don’t have a functioning phone number. There is no one there to speak to in person. The emails are never responded to. They are receiving our money, but it is not reflected on our bill. There is no way to get a hold of them.

Answer phone and check your email. I've been trying to contact you about my storage unit. My lock is gone and a new one was put on without any contact. Of course your still charging me for a storage unit I cant access. Don't get a unit here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They don't allow zero stars. I am not sure anyone owns this business anymore or that anyone works there. They continue to over charge me each month. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for over three months. calls are not returned. Messages on "contact us" on their website are not returned. The email address I have for them bounces back. Somehow, they are able to charge my credit card each month just fine (though it is the wrong amount, and I am being over charged) but when it comes to getting back to me to get resolution on this, I cannot get a hold of anyone. Additionally, the doors to the storage areas are falling off or missing entirely, the place has been under construction for years, and without siding on the building for years, the press board is now rotting.

I never write reviews but thought I should this one time as it has been a nightmare…Needed a storage unit for a few months while I was in between relocating. At this time we had set up auto pay for convenience. Used the unit for the time discussed time period, emptied it promptly, notified the company. One gentlemen said he would email me paperwork and thanked me for business. Never received anything, have been charged every month since (even though I am no longer storing there) and have left over 7 messages / visited the business numerous times. No calls have been returned and nobody is in the office, despite their advertised “open hours” of business. Their voicemail is now full and I have still not heard a word back. They continue to charge me each month… Do not recommend this company!

I have been renting here for years and until last week I had no issues. I dropped by to get some things over the weekend and saw that my lock had been replaced, without notice. My contract is set up with auto pay and is paid up and to date. Again I received no notice that my lock had been replaced. No one was present despite it being within their posted office hours. I repeatedly tried calling the office for several days, voice mail box full, no answer the whole day long. Stopped by a few times and no one has been in the office. There is no email address to reach out to. After reading other recent reviews I'm quite concerned. I found another unit across town which is cleaner and more secure, and rented an indoor climate controlled unit for less money than I'm paying for an outdoor roll up here. Needless to say I will be moving my belongings out of this facility. It's too bad as I was content here for quite a while but something must have changed.

Terrible. Doors without handles, some units don’t have doors at all. Also, be prepared to have them charge you whatever they feel like charging you then you, the customer, has absolutely zero way to get a hold of anyone - ever - to discuss the incorrect charges. They can charge you and take your money very efficiently, but they are not efficient at communicating, charging correctly or taking care of their property.

Horrible!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! Your personal belongings will be Covered in Mold / Mildew! They NEVER answer their phones EVER!!! They never call you back even after 4 Voicemail messages!! Their Email address keeps sending it back to me As a Non Existent account! Pretty much like their staff there it’s nonexistent! Do not rent from these people! They do not care about you or your personal possessions.

Something is going on with this facility. I've stored items there since 2/2021, without issue. On 8/18/22, I stopped in, as I do every couple of months...The building smelled terrible; there was mold/mildew on several items in my unit. It took 3 hours to unpack and clean these items. In that time, the AC/ventilation did not turn on. The ceiling fans were off. A Damp Rid humidity strip showed the humidity was over 60%. It felt like a steam room.The office was open, lights were on. I stood for several minutes and called out, no one was there. No one is answering the phone; the voicemail box is full. No one is responding to the contact form on the website.Last month, they emailed customers requesting proof of insurance, stating that if it was not received they would charge you for their own. This email came from a "no reply" address, and did not provide instructions on where to send proof of insurance. The email they send invoices from, replies with a bounce back server error. I live 2 hours away and the last thing I have time- or money- for, is arranging a moving company. But with zero communication from Neighborhood Storage Solutions, that seems to be my only option. I didn't take photos of my items because I was frantically trying to find someone to help me get some of it removed, and to clean the rest. Here's a photo of the humidity testing strip.

I found myself in a jam with the storage unit here. The owner and his family went over and above to see to helping me straighten things out. Thank you guys. That's the way a business should be run. It's not all about the hustle.

Horrible!! The unit that we rented for an enclosed temperature Climate controlled unit is absolutely ridiculous! All of our personal possessions are completely covered in mildew / Mold. We have been long-term renters and have never ever been late on Any payments Or missed a payment. We were trusting YOU with our personal possessions and they were all ruined!! Our Deceased parents Howard Miller grandfather clock will cost us hundreds to be restored, as well our expensive dining room set with 8 oak chairs. A few leather jackets, family pictures, Etc... All covered in mildew. Adding more insult & distrust is when you don't answer any of my phone calls Nor have you returned any of my phone calls. I don't know how you can call it a "enclosed " unit?? Every unit has chicken wire on the top of all the ceilings! Our unit was two doors away from the side door with that being said everyone that came in and out of the door or left the door opened for a period of time moisture entered the unit which then entered our unit and mildew and mold completely took over our unit! I have never written a bad review but this had to be known to others so they don't loose any personal belongings as we did. I also have plenty of pictures to prove my statement as well! As of July 24th 2022 We removed everything from A150 your Shack of a building and I'm making this public So we DON'T get charged for another month. Also would be nice if you could PLEASE return our deposit. It's in our contract. But I highly doubt it. You could of at least called us back. Shame on you for running your business this way with such distrust and not caring about others personal belongings as you did ours. You treated our beautiful possessions as if it was nothing more then garbage. We are absolutely heartbroken. I'm personally heartbroken because we took such Good care of my parents Grandfather clock and our other things.. Now it looks, smell's Rundown & completely damaged. Absolutely inexcusable on your part! Note to Others: You might want to check on your items on a daily basis to make sure that they are safe. Wish we would have.. Hard lesson learned..*WARNING* DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! Again I feel horrible for leaving a terrible review like this but you left me no choice because you never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever are in your office to answer the phone ( Been there 5 times ) or return ANY of my phone calls. My experience with Neighborhood storage solutions started out good. Did a year lease to keep my car stored here. Was close to my home so it made sense. I went to my unit probably once a month to let the car run etc. I went to my unit at the end of March of 2021 and noticed my lock was gone and the unit is unlocked. Good thing my car was locked inside. I was informed by the worker that the owner had to gain access to all units for the construction purposes going on behind the unit. And I was supposedly notified through mail about this, which I never received anything in the mail and nothing in my emails. Mind you never a call from this business verifying if I received this notice or anything. Realistically I wouldn’t have cared if they entered by unit. But they left it unlocked. The employee told me they have a new lock for me with keys. I am confused as to why they didn’t put the lock on to secure it, and just hold the keys for me to come get. It sat unlocked without my knowledge for 2-3 weeks. I ended my lease with this company for there terrible business habits. I requested a call from the owner to discuss this matter at the beginning or April. It’s been a month now and have yet to receive a call. I paid for the entire month for secure storage and the storage facility removed the lock on there own and left it unsecured. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE FACILITY.Maybe one day when the owner wants to be an owner I will receive a call to discuss.
