They are a hard working bunch of people. Yeah it sucks that a handful of stores closed, it's not their fault if service can be slow some days. Just try and go on a weekday or before 10am on a weekend, the lines are crazy. Prices could be lower but overall ok.

I really believe you need to have ZERO STAR RATING . Kroger recently closed two large stores in our area . Obviously this means the two remaining stores Oak Creek and St Francis will have way more customers it's simple math. I'm here to buy to items. Total incompetence start with ZERO TEN ITEMS or less lanes. Next it Sunday the check out line is at least 10 people deep. At least 4 of these people have a cart fully loaded. I walk to customers service with my 2 items to be told I CAN NOT BE SERVICED. THERE was no one in line behind me mind you. Total failure !!! Walmart has always extended the service of checking you out if there are huge lines and you have 2 things. Shame on you Kroger for horrible service.

I have bought bakery 3 time within the last two weeks it's been horrible frosting looks like a 2 year old did them. The bakery has really gone down hill. Pick n save get it together!!!!

Clean store very friendly at check-out pretty good sales. However, on many occasions, I could not buy fruit or veggies I needed because they were too soft or in poor condition. I noticed this with the Pick N Save on Holt as well. I hope Pick N Save improves their management of the produce. The stores in Oak Creek and on S. 27th seem to be better in this regard.

Best Pick n Save out of any in surrounding area! Nice clean store, great selection, and great staff! Feel out of place grocery shopping anywhere else! Large deli, great quick hot food for lunch or dinner. You won't leave here empty handed, they have always been great about having everything in stock when you need it!

Frequent long waits because registers are understaffed. Inexplicably, this also applies to the self checkouts, half of which are closed at any given point.

Today, Sunday, there was one open register open and half the self-checkouts were down. Lines ran all the way to the back of the store. They do not care.

So bad. There's like one competent cashier, and it's a high school kid. Obviously run by morons. The 2 stars are for that one cashier.
Dismal. Not making that mistake again.
