The lady at the paint shelf refused to put gallons of benjamin moore paint in the shaker. She stated that the 'lids don't close' and that it will explode. She claimed to have trouble with this before.
She was gonna hand-shake the paint, which causes more bubbles and is a poor replacement for a machine shake. If she can't work the paint machine, for $100/gallon paint, maybe she needs more training. We won't be buying paint at this location again even though it's very close to our house. Really frustrating.

Had chain saw sharpened and when using didn’t seem sharp to me out of gate. I dropped it off to have looked at thinking maybe blade was on wrong or. Never called me back. Spoke to a Chris who started yelling at me saying I clearly used it-it clearly hit the ground and had mud on it. I might have set on ground because it wasn’t working like I’m accustomed to. But he said come and get it and hung up. I couldn’t get a word in edge wise. Guess this is not the Ace I’ll be going to. If they get bent out of shape on a mere sharpen I’d hate to experience a problem on a bigger item. I’m not a con man!
To Owner-You weren’t present. I was yelled at and hung up on. Chain saw never hit ground. Took to another Ace and the oil mechanism was clogged. So made it hard to cut. Why I brought it in in the first place. Glad another place listened to me and didn’t pounce down my throat after a 14 dollar repair. Won’t be in your doors with several thousand dollars a year. Sometimes the customer might be right!

Very slow!!
Edit: It seems my original review wasn’t helping.
When the online system says my order will be ready in 15 minutes, but it still isn’t done after an hour and a half — especially when the store is empty — I think it’s fair to say the service is very slow.

Stihl dealer with an repair department but doesn’t sell any parts for saws. I was looking for spark plugs and air filters. The employee at the service counter said they don’t sell any of that……..what?

Pat, cashier & Larry, assisted me w/smiles & patience. Glad 2 have u in the neighborhood! Edit: Pam, cashier, was friendly as always & Brian, Manager (we needed?️ was a hoot ? & had us ?). Never a bad experience here. Chris very knowledgeable & willing to assist, as it was a busy day & others needed help. ?

The store is always clean and the associates are helpful but I have to admit their store is extremely expensive. I like to support small business when I can but I'm not paying double of what I would pay at Walmart to shop at an Ace Hardware
