I tried to buy a few things but apparently paying with a card is not something they like to do unless you spend so much money. Not everyone carries cash! They tried to sell me a gift certificate to bring my total up but nah, I just won't buy anything then.

I loved Value Village many years ago, especially for name brand handbags, but now they’re pricing bags at ridiculous rates. Even half off days it’s still ridiculous. Wow

Awesome place to get cheap clothes & household items. EVERY weekend, the ENTIRE store is 50% off. You can't go wrong there! And throughout the week, different categories go on sale. When my profession changed and I needed to update my wardrobe, this place was a savior on my budget.

Personally from inside & out. It's a very humbling experience for blessed are the poor in spirit. If you like thrifting. It's fun & helpful to find practical stuff. Some new & some older. They have some antiques & collectables. The people who work there are always very nice & helpful to the customers. As we have many regulars who come visit us and make our day happy.Thank you for making this possible for Value Village.

Once Again I love Value Village because of their pricing and half off days. Things are categorized by color and style. You have to go through the racks for sizing. This place is pretty big so take your time. Make sure you go to their site and check what's half off before you go. When it's half off on furniture item days, there are certain color tags that are half off on clothing.

Ap Jack who just wrote how horrible the store is and how terrible a manager Jesse is happens to be a disgruntled ex-employee who happened to got fired for insubordination to Jesse. Jesse, who happens to be African American, is not racist and she is very good to her employees. Nothing they said was true except the store is a bit run down and could use a remodel. But the store does not have the budget right now. Besides, you are there to shop for a bit, not live there, so its not a big deal. They have no right to blacklist this store because they are unhappy getting fired. There are alot of good deals here, like half off everything on weekends and during the week days. Their prices are cheaper than Goodwill and don't have the corporate greed of Goodwill either.

first off I found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant I really wanted to like this place that said reason I took 3 stars off is cause of the store itself this was the 1st time ide been in it and omg SO DIRTY! look's like the floors haven't been washed in 30 years everything had a dirty/dusty feel to them when you touched them way beyond what normal thrift items have when I washed my hands after leaving the water was black/gray and I took a shower before going so yeah just to give you a idea..the furniture was filthy shelves were kind of empty in places clothing racks however were way over full clothing arranged in colors instead of sizes? I shop plus sizes and it was a pain to try and find my size threw every color the store was SO HOT! cause they only have 2 small vents way up front barely blowing any AC im disabled and I almost passed out was covered in sweat when I left...I feel so bad for those employees with summer almost here...next time I will go to a different place and pay a little more to get a pleasant/bearable shopping experience very disappointed you need to do better VV for your customer's and employees!

The Management here are completely unprofessional. Be careful when donating they will take the valuable things keep them for themselves and resell the junk for very high extremely unreasonable prices. I’ve witnessed them miss treating all of their employees as well. They talk about everybody who enters the store openly. The manager with the eyepatch, Jesse is racist, rude, and the most unprofessional of them all. Not to mention how extremely dirty and nasty the whole establishment is. Buyer Beware.

I’ve been shopping here my entire life. It’s one of the most affordable places for thrifting!

Call first! Because 6:00 doesn't necessarily "mean" 6:00, sometimes it could mean 5:45 pm! Or, whenever they feel like getting out of there early. I despise businesses that advertise certain hours and then don't stick to them! What a waste of my time.

I have been coming here for over 15 years with my family. I have countless memories here that I will cherish forever. I don’t go as often as I did when I was younger but I still go maybe once every other week. I have always loved coming here, especially as a child. My grandma use to take us every Friday and I use to always be so excited. I have never left here empty handed. I’m a huge collector of many different things and their selection is amazing. Plushies/toys, records, CD/DVDs, purses.. everything you could imagine. Yes the place might not look appealing but this is a thrift store, not a macy’s. Never went into this store and thought it was nasty so i’m shocked to read all these bad reviews. As a constant customer, I will always love this place and will go as long as it’s open. This is the only thrift store I go to!
