Katie is great she always takes time out to help or just talk and helps my wife when she has problems with our check book and answers all our questions and even tells us about new programs to help our account she is a real asset glad she’s here

Katie, the branch manager, is quite actually an angel. I am a member and was visiting family near Silver Lake and had to go into the branch to get some stuff taken care of. Katie spent all the time we needed to get our stuff sorted out on a saturday no less. So patient, so helpful. Just amazing!
