Katie, the branch manager, is quite actually an angel. I am a member and was visiting family near Silver Lake and had to go into the branch to get some stuff taken care of. Katie spent all the time we needed to get our stuff sorted out on a saturday no less. So patient, so helpful. Just amazing!

Not sure what’s up with the negative reviews. We’ve been part of this branch since before Advia took over when it was called Silver Lake bank. They have great rates, good service, and are actually high tech compared to some of the other credit unions. Always a nice experience especially with the staff inside.
