This is just your typical gas station that has pretty much everything every other gas station has these days but if you have questions about the BP app, the clerks aren't much help. I'm not really blaming them for this but I would think they would at least try to assist rather than just say they have no idea how to activate a gas discount available in the app.

HORRIBLE gas station. Their pot hole in their horrible parking lot caused my car to get a flat tired costing $200 but the owner REFUSES to pay me back for their damaged parking lot causing damage to my car. If I could give negative stars I would. Owner is refusing to do anything about. Horrible gas station

I have been going to this gas station regularly for around four years now. It was actually the gas station I preferred and never had a bad experience until yesterday. Yesterday 3-15-24 at around 4:15pm I went in the store and tried to buy a thirty pack of Milwaukees Best Light that rings up at almost $18. I wanted to pay with $100 bill. Well the cashier tells this other lady and this lady tells me that they cant give me the $82 cash change of my $100 because they don't have the change and she was very rude about it. So then I asked her if they could do it if I also paid for $15 in gas, after that this lady starts yelling at me saying "nobody pays in cash anymore and the bank is across the street." I didn't reply I just payed for the beer with my debit card and left. I went over to Kwik Trip right around the corner on 83 and went in and prepaid $15 in gas with my $100 bill and they had no problem at all, super sweet about it actually. Unfortunately, I didn't get this ladies name so I will have to describe her. She's a middle age lady with very short red hair, she's very slim and she's also sporting a tattoo on her neck. This is terrible customer service and like I said I live close by and I was a regular customer. I don't think I will be returning there anymore and will likely spend my hard earned money at Kwik Trip from now on. If the owner is reading this I am not making any of this up, I know you have cameras running in there all the time. Review the tape please for the above timeframe and you will see it. This lady is gonna cost you a lot of money by treating your customers this way and with Kwik Trip right around the corner. I would have totally understood if she would have just been nice about it but she was terribly rude and I really hope you look into this!

Haven't had any problems here. Plenty of pumps and easy to access with your car. Bought a few things for my daughter in the past at the mini-mart. McDonald's attached too if you want to grab a bite!

Beware of Pump 5. Twice now we have used Pump 5, pressing the Regular button, using our BP rewards card and were charged for Silver! I tried calling Bic with the number the clerk gave me, but the calls don't go through. I text Bic with a copy of my recent receipt of 7/10/2023 and a picture of Pump 5, but never received a reply.

I try and always use a BP station around home and when traveling. I find them to be cleaner inside & out, friendly, & helpful. The outside garbages aren't over flowing & all year long there is actually soapy window cleaner! Window buckets are never empty either. This is important to me. This one is closest to home so I use this station the most. I usually pay @ the pump but when I do go inside I'm always greeted w/ a smile no matter the time of day and always thanked upon leaving.
