Only started using Bumper To Bumper about 2 years ago when doing all 4 brakes (with calipers) on my own, for the first time in decades. Great experience with staff, including Nick & Christine. Was there a couple weeks ago for new front rotors & pads prior to a road trip up the the U.P.
Have had only positive experiences so far!

Argumentative management staff after being told they had something they didn't. If it was a misunderstanding, that's fine but don't sit there and blame me after I drove 20 minutes each way based on your poor explanation.

Staff always goes above and beyond! I purchased windshield wipers and was asked if I'd like them installed! There is a closer auto parts store to my house but I always drive a little further to support this local business.

Staff extremely knowledgeable, comfortable setting, Marty works very hard, and has that extra info you will need on super-specifc items and hard to find situations. Buy those guys, and girl, a beer (after they close, of course...).
