This is the best place to being your car, hands down. They are always nice, have NEVER been sheisty- they are honest and you never have to be afraid of getting ripped off here. These guys understand business and ethics! I will bring my car to them for everything! Wish there was more stars to give them.

I was referred here by my son, who had been referred by his father in-law.
This place is very honest, transparent, fair, and extremely thorough in their work. Everyone there is super helpful, friendly, answering any questions I had.
I had my brakes & rotors fixed, which supposedly were fixed by the dealership (which I have been a long time customer with) less than a year ago.
Salem Auto fixed my problem, gave me a great price & they warranty their work!
I will continue to go here for all of my repairs. I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here.

Came in quarter to close for emissions. Both gentlemen at the counter were polite and efficient. I was in and out under 5 mins. Definitely recommend.

They were very helpful and help make it safe to drive and when I accidentally killed the battery that came out and gave me a jump. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a beautiful car or truck.

AWFUL SERVICE. By default, and conveniently, people take their car here. I had not 1, but 2 worst experiences in NOT having my car repaired for days. No communication and my car was held hostage with no urgency to get repaired. The blame goes to Tim the manager. There is no master/senior car mechanic; only junior mechanics who can only do simple car repairs. Also, there are no upfront estimates, and people are often shocked when they receive their invoices.

Just came back from a vehicle emission test at Salem Auto. They were fast, friendly, and effective, very refreshing in a world that is usually less then satisfactory. I'll return next time, and will look to use their services when needed.
