Pharmacy does not treat customers with respect. They are rude. I don't feel valued. This store has problems with medication shortage. Always stressful getting a basic refill. Does not need to be like this. Just horrible. Looking forward to the day a competitor comes in.

Nothing wrong with the department store side of this Walgreens, but the pharmacy is absolutely trash, always extremely long wait times, staff are unknowledgeable. They will call me and tell me something is ready then when I show up they'll tell me I have to wait 3 days before I can fill the prescription, so I transfer my prescriptions to Aurora in Burlington and they are filled the same day. Hmmm. Walgreens used to be the best pharmacy around. Since covid they are terrible.

Worst pharmacy-Zero stars. They ALWAYS have an issue with my husband’s “auto refill” orders and run out of stock. They try blaming him for not filling his orders correctly when they don’t have the correct amount in stock. Supposedly, this is because he is the ONLY person in the WHOLE Salem area taking a particular med but he’s been a Walgreens customer- AT THIS WALGREENS for 10years and he’s never had an issue until recently-past 6mos or so. I would give them zero stars if Google allowed it.

The pharmacy is very fast and the staff are very friendly. If I have to speak to the pharmacist, they explain and answer my questions or concerns thoroughly and ask if I understood what they said. I will always use this Walgreens as long as I live in this town.

Waited an entire week for meds to be shipped to the store. Was promised they’d be there on Monday but when the shipment came, they ended up filling other prescriptions and only had 17 pills left (I requested 30)
Stuff like this seems to happen every single month when I am requesting this medication, not to mention they never have it in stock.

The woman in the pharmacy dept was very rude and demeaning. My medication was out of stock and she was treating me like a degenerate when I was asking questions about it. Then when I asked her if my insurance covered name brand she said no and that it’ll cost me $350. After that interaction, I switched my pharmacy to the Walgreens in Kenosha on Green Bay Rd. Fast forward to today, my medication has again been out of stock. I waited four days before calling and asking about my options. The lady on the other end suggested the name brand. I told her my insurance won’t cover it. She promptly corrected me and let me know it in fact does cover it. So whatever the woman at Paddock Lake said was a bold faced lie. I will continue business at the other location

Staff is horrible. I was told that my prescription was available. Asked my doctor to order my prescription. Received email and text message that prescription was unavailable. Talked to a a staff member to figure things out. She was completely rude when I asked what was going on with my prescription. I will not use this Walgreens ever again. I will make this public on social media as well. Hopefully we get a new pharmacy provider in Salem Wisconsin.

I tried to refill my prescription on the 11th per my doctor, this establishment CANCELED my prescription status, and I have been without medication for now 11 days. I called today, they said they would start my prescription at 1pm, it’s now closed. Do not recommend getting your medication from this place, bc it’s a bunch of brain surgeons behind the counter. 🤦🏼♀️

Drive-thru is the worst. Over 15 minutes just to get to the window. 2 lanes-1 clerk. Wish my insurance didn't dictate where I can get this one prescription!

I walked in there for a Vitamin B complex, a Vitamin D3 bottle and a bottle of Powerade the little Latina girl at the counter cant scan the D3 bottle so she sends ME to go look for the price of the bottle, so I go to the shelf and take a picture of the prices, meanwhile the line fills up with two other people in line in front of me, so I have to get back in line, then in the front of the line theres this little old lady trying to pay with a check which holds up the line for like 5 to 10 minutes while these kid employees try and figure out how to run a check. So its finally my turn the Latina chic grabs my cellphone and has to scew the picture for another minute just to read the price of the picture of the shelf I had to take myself and then she gives me the body language that I was a problem to her, when she was rude to me. So unprofessional... All in all for 2 suppliments and a drink it was 42 dollars, what a rip off.

The female cashier with the short curly hair was extremely rude to me simply because I had my card the wrong way. I asked her politely to change her attitude (extremely politely) and she glared at me, her arms crossed, and tapped her foot. I get being in customer service is exhausting at times, but there was no reason for her to treat me like she did. She shouldn’t be interacting with customers if she acts like this. It makes me sad because the woman who runs the beauty aisle is lovely and is always very helpful and I love coming in to just to say hi to her. I don’t even want to come back with how rudely I was treated.
